Yes, dealcode operates in full compliance with the GDPR. We only process personal data on recognized legal bases (such as performance of contractual obligations or legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and exclusively use EU-hosted cloud infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany.

No. dealcode does not access closed systems without authorization and does not bypass paywalls or technical barriers. We search publicly available B2B data sources and link them via official APIs of certified partners. Furthermore, all profile data is processed anonymously to minimize the risk to the data subjects.

Our server infrastructure is located with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud in their respective European regions. The primary data and evaluation hosting location is Frankfurt, Germany. No data transfer outside the EU takes place without standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

You can exclude the findability of your B2B profile in searches at any time via our Trust Center. Navigate to the 'Profile Visibility & Opt-Out' page and enter your LinkedIn URL or email address. We will immediately block the data search for these entries.

Yes. Every dealcode customer receives access to our standardized DPA in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, which can be viewed directly online. It contains detailed Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs) as well as all subprocessors and can be signed digitally.

We rely on state-of-the-art encryption. Data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3. Stored customer data is encrypted by default at the file system and database level with AES-256. Access is granted on a need-to-know basis with mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for administrators.
