Last Wednesday, precisely on 7th September, everything revolved around innovative ideas in the Artificial Intelligence field- All about AI Startups. Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein have joined forces with a common goal of becoming Europe's digital showcasing region. The focus is establishing and expanding a (cross-border) digital startup network. How could this work more effectively than organising a joint event?
The event was hosted by the State Chancellery of Schleswig-Holstein, KI-Transfer-Hub.SH, the AI.STARTUP.HUB Hamburg, AI.Hamburg, ARIC and VReG. Invited, in addition to all interested parties, were ten AIStartUps. These startups from the region have their focus on the field of Artificial Intelligence. Investors and StartUps spent the afternoon together at CampNord in Norderstedt and got to know each other.
In the first part of the event, the network partners briefly introduced themselves. This is part of a dialogue and gave the floor to the StartUps. They each presented themselves and their ideas in a short but crisp, 5-minute pitch. From intelligently set up processes to IT workflows, from predictive maintenance of machines to AI-based sales software. The startups presented an extensive range of possibilities in which the use of AI can deliver added value.
Presenting Dealcode in 5 minutes was its CEO Alexander Weltzsch's task. In his pitch, Alexander outlines the solutions Dealcode has in store for B2B sales. The software increases the productivity of sales tea and enables data-driven sales. In addition to this first feature, the use of AI to evaluate the sales pipeline, the software is also one of very few developed directly for sales reps (rather than management level).
Dealcode navigates Reps through the day-to-day sales process by providing data-driven metrics, such as win probability, for each deal, highlighting Deals at Risk and Deals to Watch. Furthermore, the AI can identify which deals `currently` have the next activity that should be performed to increase the likelihood of winning. The deal-based ToDo Manager rounds off the fact that Dealcode is "the" tool for everyday sales. Here, the probability of profit, risk level, recommended following activities, and all other key figures and information about the deal come together.
Dealcode offers compelling solutions for an increasingly complex and challenging daily sales routine. This conclusion was also the opinion of the audience. So, Dealcode founders Alexander and Dennis take the AI StartUps Award back to Hamburg. Also, secured themselves a pitch at the next AI Summit in Hamburg.
