Meet The Founders

Who we are

Alexander and Dennis are the co-founders of Dealcode. They have been working together with passion for the last 9 years. Alexander and Dennis joined the Hamburg headquartered SaaS company Facelift right at the beginning.

Joining the company during the foundation gave them the opportunity to learn how to build a SaaS start-up from scratch.
Being involved into all aspects of the company building and later on being responsible for strategical key roles, has further shaped their knowledge of scaling a software business.

Hearing about someone who works in a successful company, it can sometimes feel like looking at someone who plays an instrument to perfection. Everything looks quite easy and so smoothly and it flatters the senses. But in the end, for the artist it is an interplay of many factors such as learning, listening and continuous improvement. Even if you master an instrument in your sleep, there is a song for which you have to practice and learn again. We are the rock stars of the sales industry and that's why we naturally play a guitar.

This guitar represents our culture and the values we advocate and stand up for every day at Dealcode. It describes the way we want to work together with our employees, clients and partners.Since our team is spread around the globe, there is only one English speaking guitar.

Dealcode is based in Hamburg. But due to the change in the world of work, we push for a remote culture from the start. As a result, we are able to hire talents from all over the world.
